Fees & Payments

The fee for individual psychotherapy is $110 per hour session. The cost of participation in a Coping Skills Group is $35 per week, in addition to $110 for the initial assessment. Payment is due at the time of service. I am unable to accept credit card or check cards. Please bring a check or cash.

Insurance

If I am in your insurance network or panel, I may bill your insurance company for services. If I am out-of-network or if there is not a network, I ask to be paid for the full amount. I will provide receipts for you to send into your insurance company. Please be aware that insurance companies sometimes make errors in payments. If your insurance company makes an error, I may ask you to call your insurance company to resolve the issue. If you plan to use your insurance to pay for treatment, please complete this Insurance Questionnaire:

Please call your insurance company to answer to the following questions: 

  
  “Is Robin Day, LPC in my mental health provider network?”
(If there is no network or if I am out of network, I ask that
you pay the full fee at the time of service. I will provide
receipts that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.)


 
  “Assuming that they are ‘medically necessary,’ how many mental health visits am I allowed per year?”
